This is a great home by the river. Wander the Thames Path or take a train to London; so much is easy to enjoy from here.
Life here provides lovely benefits. The owner tells of evenings watching fireworks across the Thames, of wandering the Thames Path and enjoying the changing seasons along the riverside.
This is a great place to be if you want to move a little nearer to London or if you are moving a little away from it.
A five minute walk to 'Greenhithe for Bluewater' Rail Station puts London Charing Cross a 52 minutes train journey away (London Bridge can be just 42 minutes) and of course, for local shopping, 'Bluewater Shopping Centre' is just 1.5 miles distant (5 minutes by car).
It provides a wealth of shopping options and leisure activities including Skywire, England's longest zipline.
Greenhithe's history is intertwined with The Thames and with sailing history. In January 2024 Sir Michael Palin visited the Sir John Franklin pub in Greenhithe for the unveiling of a commemorative plaque. From here, in 1845, Captain Franklin and his ships, Erebus and Terror, departed in Search of The Northwest Passage.
Whether you are delving into local history, whiling away a moment at the pub or just looking for a moment of peaceful solitude, this first-floor apartment is so easy to enjoy. Sat on the balcony you can experience life beside the river.
Underground parking provides a space for your car and visitor parking exists. There is a bicycle store, a post room and refuse bins are hidden from sight.
Visit and you will find storage in the apartment and space to live.
We look forward to showing you around.
