We're not going to do that; we're going to talk about the annexe and why? There are lots of things that make this home special and here we found a truly special annexe, one that was designed with thought, with practicality and with comfort in mind.

There is a dining room next to the kitchen and beyond that is the living room, both connected though the conservatory, an all year room with fabulous wood burning stove that will make winter evenings a real treat.
Upstairs the bedrooms all are sensible sizes, the master has an ensuite and there is a stylish family bathroom. Yes, there's a cloakroom downstairs, we forgot to mention earlier and you'll spot it on the floorplans.
There's parking to the front of this home, a double garage and access to the right-hand side that takes you to a private entrance to the annexe. It has worked so well for holiday lets in the past. As we've already mentioned, it has a private garden area to enjoy sunsets from and a patio by its living room door that can be opened up to the main house's garden or kept closed off from it.
The main garden is lovely; lawn, flower beds, shrubs, patio and the chicken run. It's in perfect balance, the right size to enjoy.
Living here, you are near Sene Valley Golf Course, footpaths will encourage exploration and Hythe's wonderful seafront promenade, gardens and picturesque High Street are all so easy to get to. There's Sandgate and Folkestone on your doorstep, Romney Marsh to explore, beautiful countryside inland, railway stations at Sandling and Westenhanger, many will use Folkestone West and getting onto the M20 is easy too. So is getting to Canterbury via Stone Street or heading to the wonderful Elham Valley.
This is a super home for two families or for anyone who needs a quality space separated from the main house but accessible.
