Moments from The Promenade and all that makes Cheltenham so special as somewhere to live, here you'll find great accommodation and a garage, within the conservation area! From holiday to full time home, that's the delight of being here, providing years of happiness.
The reasons this apartment was chosen as a holiday home are the very reasons why it became such a fabulous full time home.
To enjoy life somewhere and not feel you have compromised is incredibly important and the combination of having two living rooms and still to have three bedrooms is a comfort not always afforded elsewhere.
The more we think about it the more we appreciate the lure.
Here you are already within the Conservation Area and so, step out of the front door to this building and you are quickly amongst the busy streets of Cheltenham Town Centre. The Regent Arcade is so easy to reach you are spoilt for shopping. Over time you'll explore coffee shops (try The Coffee Dispensary, their drinks are great and so are the tasty offerings), if you have a sweet tooth (there are lovely savoury choices too), pop into Huffkins, so conveniently close and on The Promenade! Yes, within moments of leaving this home you are wandering The Promenade, admiring Regency Cheltenham and getting a sense of why life here is so special.
There are parks; perhaps book lunch or dinner at The Ivy, walk there and back if you wish, stroll through gardens on the way, Imperial Square first then on to Montpellier or vice versa.
People have filled books with all there is to do in Cheltenham, Heritage Walks, 50 Buildings, then there are The Races and The Festival.
You see why this was chosen as a holiday home at first! Why wouldn't you want to be here? That ease of living here, that joy of daily life led to full time residency and many happy years. On top of all that the town offers, on its doorstep is glorious Cotswold countryside, a wealth of delightful experiences await discovery nearby.
You may choose this apartment as a holiday home, it may be the main home you have craved, whichever it is, you'll find first floor accommodation you can access by lift or take the stairs. You can pop a car in the garage (that's due to be built anew as part of works about to take place) and, as we've already said, the three bedrooms and two reception rooms mean there is space to live comfortably. For ease the bath was changed for a shower cubicle, many of us find that a practical choice and you can choose to change it if you so wish.
There's a second wc, nice if you have guests visiting. The kitchen is an intriguing shape, guaranteed to start a conversation and a space that is pleasantly practical, with a great larder cupboard, the best of storage in many people’s eyes.
Storage is another area that is a feature here, there are cupboards and how important are they when so many modern homes eschew them.
There are things you will choose to do here to make this home you and, once you’ve settled in to the home, you can settle into a great life in this fantastic town centre.Get in touch if you like this home.
