Once paper mills were the occupants, now the area provides a peaceful retreat for those lucky enough to live here.

This is one of our favourite locations for the feeling it provides and also because we are still amazed that it sits within our county town, a picturesque gem in Maidstone's crown.

This super development at Hayle Mill was completed in 2008. The mill ceased its work in 1987 after two centuries of being part of 'Paper City' as Maidstone was once referred to. A small museum commemorates the areas past.

This lovely end of terrace home is one of the 'newly built' homes created in the redevelopment of the mil.
