This is a home that connects you with nature, with a rural lifestyle, it is somewhere you can visualise being for a long time as there is space to spread out.
That rural environment drew our clients here over twenty years ago, they wanted to enjoy the peace and beauty of the kent countryside and yet needed to have easy access around the county and actually, around the country. Twenty-three years later they know they made a great decision and you will see why when you visit.
The house is different today from the one they originally bought. A ground floor extension has transformed the accommodation providing a lovely living room looking over the garden, the enlarged kitchen has room for a table and there is a wonderful dining room for entertaining.
Practicality is featured with a utility/cloakroom and the design of the extension purposely allowed for little nooks and crannies to be included to add interest and some character.
The wood burner is always a lovely feature, especially in a village home but it's the view and the garden that really grab your attention here. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom provide ample space whilst the enlarged ground floor footprint may have some of you thinking of adding rooms.
